ICT Liquidity is a free site with no accounts, no sign-up and no payments. We collect almost nothing, and we never sell your data.

1. Who we are (data controller)

ICT Liquidity is a free, independent educational livestream, the data controller for the limited personal data described here. Contact: admin@ictliquidity.com.

2. What we collect

Communications: any information you include when you email us.
Technical/usage data: standard server and hosting logs (e.g. IP address, timestamps) generated by our hosting provider for security and reliability. The site uses essential cookies only.

We do not run accounts, take payments, or store membership or billing data. If you join our free Discord or watch on YouTube, those platforms process your data under their own privacy policies — not ours.

3. How & why we use it (lawful bases)

To run and secure the site — serve pages, prevent abuse, and diagnose problems (lawful basis: legitimate interests).
To respond to you — if you email us (lawful basis: legitimate interests).
To comply with law — where we are legally required to (lawful basis: legal obligation).

4. Who we share it with (processors)

We use a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf:

Vercel — website hosting and server logs.

Third-party platforms we link to — YouTube, Discord and X — are independent controllers of any data you share with them. We do not sell or rent your personal data.

5. International transfers

Some providers process data outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention

Hosting logs are kept only as long as needed for security and reliability, then deleted or anonymised. Emails are kept only as long as needed to deal with your query.

7. Your rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any right, email admin@ictliquidity.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

8. Cookies

The site uses only essential cookies/local storage needed for it to function. We do not use advertising cookies. Third-party platforms (YouTube, Discord, X) set their own cookies under their own policies when you use them.

9. AI-generated content

Our stream and commentary are largely generated by artificial intelligence. We do not use your personal data to train third-party AI models. AI output is provided for education only and may be inaccurate.
