ICT Liquidity

Terms of Use

Last updated: 23 June 2026

ICT Liquidity is completely free — there is no paid tier and nothing for sale. It is a community and education project only — not financial advice, not a signal service, and it gives no account access. Please also read our Disclaimer & Risk Disclosure, which forms part of these Terms.

1. Who we are

ICT Liquidity is a free, independent educational livestream ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at admin@ictliquidity.com.

2. Acceptance & eligibility

By accessing the website, the live stream, our Discord community or our X account (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms, our Disclaimer and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

3. What the Service is

The Service is a 24/7 automated AI software stream on YouTube, a free Discord community, and market notes on X — all free of charge. It is a community and education project. It does not include trading signals, buy/sell alerts, real-time actionable calls, personal investment advice, or any access to or management of your money or accounts.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or remove access for breach of these Terms.

5. Intellectual property & AI content

All content we provide — including breakdowns, narration, graphics and software — is owned by or licensed to us and is provided to you for personal, non-transferable use only. Much of the on-stream commentary and narration is generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate or incomplete; it is provided "as is" for education only.

6. No advice; risk; limitation of liability

The Service is educational only and is not financial advice, a recommendation or a signal. Trading carries a high risk of loss. Our full risk disclosure and the limitation of our liability are set out in the Disclaimer & Risk Disclosure, which is incorporated into these Terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or any trading decision you make. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties including YouTube, Discord and X, each governed by its own terms. We are not responsible for those services. "ICT", "Inner Circle Trader" and "IPDA" are used as generic descriptions of widely-known concepts; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any third party.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if we cease the Service. Clauses that by their nature should survive (including the disclaimer, IP, and liability provisions) survive termination.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.

10. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published here is the current one, and continued use means you accept the changes. Questions: admin@ictliquidity.com.
